A valued client provided us with instructions regarding the installation of new Alideck decking and Aliclad flow drainage systems for 12 balconies in Southampton. Project objectives include providing functionality, durability, and longevity of balconies.

The scope of work includes installation of new Alideck non-combustible aluminium decking. This will enhance aestheticsand provide a durable, low-maintenance surface for balconies.

To effectively manage rainwater runoff, an alclad flow drainage system was installed. This will consist of aluminium interlocking boards set with a fall to discharge water into a gutter profile. It will further decant the water into gutter pipes. The system will ensure that water drains away efficiently, reducing the risk of flooding and damage to balcony structures.
